The benefits of noopept are not fully studied in humans, but animals show tremendous promise. Noopept is incredibly fast-acting compared with similar smart drugs like piracetam. Noopept Dosage

The manufacturer of noopept recommends taking dosages ranging from 10 – 30mg for cognitive deficiency, but for enhancement the optimal dose is unknown. Sublingual noopept is absorbed better, which suggests lower dosages can prove effective for cognitive enhancement.

Noopept Mode of Action

Noopept has many modes of action. One is antioxidation, which protects neurons from apoptosis. Another mechanism of action includes inhibiting glutamate neurotoxicity (which often leads to degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s disease). The most important mode of action is on neuroplasticity, which improves learning and memory.

Noopept Toxicity

Some noopept side effects are seen at higher doses because of the potency. However, animal studies show no toxicity in doses of 10mg/kg. A human equivalent could be as high as 170 mg for a 155 pound individual.

I’ve read lots of good things about noopept and decided to try it to give me focus. Each dose works for a good time. The taste of the sublingual isn’t too bad, but I prefer capsules better. Taking noopept and the optimal choline is my currently preferred choice for a focus nootropic.

What an amazing, lifesaving, truly beneficial nootropic. I have experimented with a number of nootropics, and have found Noopept to be “hands down” my the absolute best and my favorite. I work for a start-up company where the pressure and hours can be quite grueling. Noopept has allowed me to continue working 12 hour days, with intense focus, concentration, and overall mental clarity for the entirety of those 12 hours. I ingest acetyl-choline approximately 30 minutes prior to using the Noopept, which has prevented “the headache”. The effects of Noopept are felt within about 5-10 minutes, and last for a sold 2-3 hours without a “crash”. In addition to the cognitive enhancement, I have also noticed better sleep and better mood. I will be ordering several more bottles from Pure Nootropics.

I am using this as a stack with Choline and a Ginseng concentrate. I am more focused and like the ease of use of the solution. I feel more in control and think of solutions to problems faster. I will reorder and keep stacking. It will mess up your sleep routine and you will wake earlier.

I’m going to share something, for me anyway, the best way to notice nootropic effects is playing blitz (speed chess). I can easily & instalntly notice changes in my mental performance while playing. Mental processing speed, pattern recognition, creativity, basically raw cognitive power is being used in a blitz game. I will honestly say that so far Noopept & Oxiracetam has without a doubt helped my game. This is not just my imagination btw, my chess rating went up 225 points in blitz in only about two weeks, with me reaching a new all time personal highest ever record.

The sublingual drops is what I got and also my first experience with Nootropics it’s been a little over 2 weeks at 10 mg dosage a morning I definitely have noticed a slight increase in short term memory recall and irritability has dropped more than slightly Wich is a good thing at my job lol,I thinking of upping to 20 mg a day after a while -all in all great Thanks!!😁
