Refund policy

Pure Nootropics tries to provide affordable options for the popular nootropics you know and love. In order to keep prices low, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product. Unopened product may be returned, at the customer’s expense, within 30 days of delivery, for a refund to original method of payment. You may contact us to provide a return label for the product, however the return shipment cost will be deducted from the refund. If we make an error, it will be corrected at the expense of Pure Nootropics. Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns greater than 30 days of delivery will be at the discretion of Pure Nootropics.

Bundle & Bulk Rate Returns

Our bundles and bulk rates were built at the request of many returning customers. Because our bulk rates are discounted and we discount our bundles, no returns will be accepted if you are not satisfied with any of the bulk products or products in the bundle or the bundle itself. If any of your items are damaged or otherwise adulterated, please contact us only regarding a return/replacement for the individual item(s).

Lost Packages (Replacement)

Replacement of items lost in delivery or undelivered will be at the discretion of Pure Nootropics.

Reports of lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders and 90 days for international orders.
