How do I track my package?

Quality
Do you 3rd party test your products?
Yes, we conduct third party testing on most products. This includes testing for purity and heavy metals. Certificates of analysis for the most current batch are available on each product’s individual page. Please contact us if you have further questions regarding third party testing.
Do you use excipients?
Several products include a small amount of food grade maltodextrin (derived from corn) or microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) as filler. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved both MCC and maltodextrin as a safe additive.
We use between 0.5-1% magnesium stearate from a vegetable source on products with flow issues. This allows us to produce a higher quality product with more consistency from capsule to capsule.
What are your capsules made of?
We currently use Capsugel V-Caps Plus or Capsuline Kcaps vegetarian capsules. These capsules are vegan, meaning they include no animal products. We have also found that the absorption rate of these capsules is better than that of typical gelatin capsules.
Are your products FDA approved?
Pure Nootropics is an FDA registered company. We adhere to all guidelines of safety and quality. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and there is no fee to cancel. Simply log into your account (which you setup upon purchasing the subscription product) and there will be an option to cancel under subscription settings. You can also send us an email stating you’d like to cancel your subscription, include your full name and subscription details, we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I exchange a product for something else?
As with the refund policy, we will accept items for exchange within 30 days from the order date for product that is unopened only. Replacement products must be of equal or lesser value to the returned product. If lesser, we will place a partial refund for the remaining amount.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
For domestic orders, we currently offer three United States Postal Service shipping options:
First-Class
Free with all orders, first class packages are not guaranteed or insured and can take anywhere from 3-6 business days to deliver. For more information regarding this service, please visit USPS.
Priority
Priority shipping does require an additional charge generally starting at $9 USD. Priority package delivery dates do not come with a money-back guarantee. This service does come with insurance up to $50, with some exceptions. Below is a map of estimated delivery times. For more information on this service, please visit USPS.
Priority Express
Priority Express shipping does require an additional charge generally starting at $25 USD. Priority Express is a guaranteed service with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time. These shipments are insured up to $100, with some exclusions. USPS Express does not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. FedEx
You can now select FedEx as a shipping provided. This tends to be a more expensive, but more reliable option. If FedEx is available in your area, you will be given rates upon Checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed may on occasion be shipped same day, but will be shipped no later than the next business day, except in extraordinary circumstances. If the order is placed Friday after 10 a.m. MST it will not ship until the following Monday regardless of shipping option. Delivery time is dependent on location and shipping option. Please see shipping options above for estimated delivery time per shipping option.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If the tracking number indicates the package as delivered, but it is not in the buyer’s possession, we recommend waiting at least 48 hours before taking further action. The next step to contact both us and your local USPS office to further research the whereabouts.
If the tracking information indicates that package is lost in transit please contact us immediately and we can advise upon further action.
Do you ship international?
USPS International and DHL Express ship to all of our eligible countries. International shipping delivery times are very hard to predict and can vary greatly from shipment to shipment. From time to time we may discontinue a particular service (usually USPS) due to delivery delays and deliverability issues. If you don't see this option, please feel free to e-mail us, and we may be able to temporarily enable this option, but as you can see below USPS take a long time.
USPS First Class International
Longest delivery time, generally from 10-30 business days, tracking may go un-updated for days and sometimes weeks at a time, this is generally not cause for concern.
USPS Priority International
Generally 7-14 delivery time, this is not a guaranteed service.
DHL Express
Generally 5-10 business days, this is our recommended international shipping method, as it is most reliable.
FedEx
We have recently added FedEx international shipping as an alternative option. If FedEx can deliver to your area you will be provided rates during checkout.
Please note: International shipments can be subject to duties, import taxes, and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to customs issues, certain products cannot be shipped to certain countries around the world. If you do choose to pay for international shipping, we do not guarantee our products will pass your country’s customs or make it to the desired destination. Please look into your country’s laws and regulations before purchasing.
If your international order is seized and destroyed we are unable to refund your money. If your order is undelivered or returned to our fulfillment center because of rejection, failure to pick up, duty fees unpaid, etc. a 30% restocking fee and international shipping will not be included in your refund. International shipping can be tricky, often with no clear reason for success or failure. Please familiarize yourself all import laws and procedures prior to making your order.

Why did I get charged a customs fee?
International shipments can be subject to duties, import taxes, and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient per our terms and conditions.

What if I received the wrong product or my order is incomplete?
If you received the wrong product, or one or more of the items in your order are missing in your order please contact us immediately and we will correct the error at our expense.
What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept all major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and more). We do not currently accept PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to make changes or add items to orders after they are placed. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded. If the order has already shipped please contact us for further instruction.
Why is my order on hold?
Orders can be held for review for several reasons this includes but is not limited to:
- Orders with differing billing and shipping addresses
- Orders over $150 USD
- Orders placed using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masker
- Orders placed using a non-US bank issued credit card (generally international orders)
This review process is in place to prevent fraudulent transactions and should generally not delay delivery times.
What is the recommended dosage for the product I purchased?
Recommended dosages are generally listed on each individual product page. For further information on dosing, we advise using the website Examine.com, as they provide dosing information based on conducted research.
What is the self-life of my product?
As a rule, all products are good for two years from the purchase date. Products should be kept in a cool, dry space to maintain quality.
Can I take my nootropics together?
Definitely. There are no known interactions between any of our products, and some products may even work better when stacked together (for example, choline and racetams).
Can I take my nootropics with prescription medications?
As with all supplements, if you are currently taking any prescription medications, we recommend speaking with your primary doctor prior to ordering from Pure Nootropics.
Do you offer bulk discounts and wholesaling?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts and wholesale pricing, both of which are subject to minimum order quantities. Please contact us for pricing and further information.
Do you offer private labeling?
