Shipping Policy and International Shipping Liability

Orders ship the next business day except in extraordinary circumstances which occur from time to time. Orders placed after 10AM MST on Friday will ship out on the following Monday. Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we do not have the ability to make any changes to the order.

The only exceptions are USPS holidays, which are as follows:

Domestic Shipping:

United States Postal Service covers all 50 states including all territories.

First-Class
First class packages are not guaranteed or insured and can take anywhere from 3-6 business days to deliver. For more information regarding this service, please visit USPS.

Priority
Priority package delivery dates do not come with a money-back guarantee. This service does come with insurance up to $50, with some exceptions. Below is a map of estimated delivery times. For more information on this service, please visit USPS.

Priority Express
Priority Express is a guaranteed service with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time. These shipments are insured up to $100, with some exclusions. USPS Express does not ship to, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. For more information, please visit USPS.

Please note if an order has been lost or delayed by USPS, a refund will not be issued if the address is correct and verified by a tracking number/invoice provided by the USPS. An external investigation will have to opened by the customer through the United States Post Office to determine location of the package. If package is returned to Pure Nootropics, only then can items be reshipped or refunded; we have had packages, assumed lost, delivered at a later date due to USPS mishandling. The implementing of this policy is in part due to past orders being filled twice at the expense of Pure Nootropics due to the mishandling by USPS. We will offer as much assistance as needed to remedy any issues the arise.

Service Days Monday–Friday, with Saturday delivery available in many areas for an additional charge. Call 1.800.463.3339 to see if Saturday delivery is available in your location.

International Shipping: 

USPS International and DHL Express ship to all of our eligible countries. However, certain products may be excluded to certain countries based on past shipping experiences, laws, and/or regulations.

COVID-19 Notice — Due to current events we’ve seen a drastic reduction in delivery rates from USPS for international orders and have suspended this service as we cannot ensure that packages shipped via this method will be delivered. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail us. If and when we resume this service option, please realize that you are doing so with some risk.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note: International shipments can be subject to duties, import taxes, and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not assess these fees, the parcel carrier does. We do our best to mitigate these duties and taxes, however many countries still charge duties despite our efforts.

Due to customs issues, certain products cannot be shipped to certain countries around the world. If you do choose to pay for international shipping, we do not guarantee our products will pass your country’s customs or make it to the desired destination; if the package is held by customs or has been sized or destroyed, it is unfortunately out of our control and we will not refund or replace such orders. Please look into your country’s laws and regulations before purchasing.

If your order is undelivered or returned to our fulfillment center because of rejection, failure to pick up, duty fees unpaid, etc. a 30% restocking fee and international shipping will not be included in your refund. International shipping can be tricky, often with no clear reason for success or failure. Please familiarize yourself all import laws and procedures prior to making your order.

International shipping delivery times are very hard to predict and can vary greatly from shipment to shipment.

USPS First Class International
Longest delivery time, generally from 10-30 business days, tracking may go un-updated for days and sometimes weeks at a time, this is generally not cause for concern.

USPS Priority International
Generally 7-14 delivery time, this is not a guaranteed service.

DHL Express
Generally 5-10 business days, this is our recommended international shipping method, as it is most reliable.

Local Pickups

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate local pick-up requests. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Address Verification System Mismatch

Address verification system (AVS) mismatch indicates that the billing address provided at the time of purchase does not match the address on file with the card holding bank. All orders with an AVS mismatch will be automatically put on hold.

Customers who place an order with an AVS mismatch may be contacted and asked to verify their information to remove the hold. These orders may be cancelled without notice if the customer does not respond within 72 hours or if it is determined that the order may be fraudulent. Customers with AVS mismatch orders over $100 USD may be asked to provide additional information, including government issued identification matching the information provided in the order.

Additionally any international order over $200 must be verified with identification such as a valid drivers license (you may redact all info but name and photo), as well as a photo of the credit card used for the purchase showing your name and last 4 digits of the card (you may redact the full credit card number, and only show the last 4 digits), as international orders cannot be verified by AVS.

This policy is in place for your protection and in order to identify potentially fraudulent credit card transactions.
