Product Description

Alpha GPC is a precursor to creating acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is one of the most important neurotransmitters in the brain that impacts memory, learning, attention and alertness.

Alpha GPC Benefits

  • Supports cognitive function in the elderly with age-related cognitive decline more significantly than CDP Choline (ref)*
  • Provides fitness support during resistance training workouts (ref)*
  • Promotes lower-body exercise performance  (ref)*
  • May provide a steadier level of choline in the body than with CDP Choline* (ref)*

Properties

Bioavailable Choline Source  Because Alpha GPC is so highly bioavailable, it delivers choline right where your brain needs it for cognitive fuel--even better than CDP Choline!

Promotes More Strength to Lower Body Muscles Want more power behind your lower body performance? Alpha GPC enhances lower body workouts and supports muscle health.

Keeps Choline Levels Stable Keeping your levels of choline stable is important when it comes to keeping your cognitive function razor sharp, and Alpha GPC's got your back.  It doesn't just provide choline to the body, but it keeps the levels steadier than other cholinergics!

Supplementing with an acetylcholine precursor may promote an enhancing effect on these areas and support overall brain function.

In addition, Alpha GPC may provide a steadier level in the body than supplementation with CDP (Citicoline).  Levels increase slowly but remain elevated longer than with Citicoline (1).

Dosage

Pure Nootropics uses Alpha GPC derived from soy and is generally considered a natural source.

Pure Nootropics’ Alpha GPC Capsules provides 250 mg of Alpha GPC. Suggested use of Alpha GPC Capsules for adults is 1 capsule by mouth, up to two times per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Pure Nootropics’ Alpha GPC powder comes in a less hygroscopic 50% format (so that the product is more stable and less likely to pull moisture from the air) where 600mg of the powder provides a dose of 300 mg Alpha GPC. Accordingly the 15 gram powder contains 7.5 grams of Alpha GPC, and the 30 gram powder contains 15 grams of Alpha GPC.

We suggest the use of a scale for powdered Alpha GPC 50% to ensure consistent dosing.

For further information, please see our reference tab above.

If you are taking any medications, please consult with your healthcare practitioner before beginning supplementation with Alpha GPC. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
