The reason choline is important for these nootropics is because it provides acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter responsible for creating memories.

You can buy choline bitartrate powder for cheap, but why buy choline that is of a low quality if you can get something else? It is better to get choline pills that are of a higher quality. To do this, we suggest you stick to alpha GPC choline or CDP choline (also known as citicoline). These two variations have a high bioavailability, meaning they are absorbed well.

Furthermore, choline pills for mental energy and focus will be effective to give you an added push throughout the work day. Some people aren’t really enthusiastic about using choline for memory benefits, but with the right kind of choline (the two we have suggested) you can see enhanced focus and energy as well.
